Enclosure Electronics Tray

Description

The internal tray of SUBLAB watertight enclosures is made of plastic spraying cold-rolled plate. It is equipped with expandable shelf, which can realize the maximum utilization and free adjustment of enclosures space, and the side of the shelf has a Strip groove for bunching wires.

The laminate is an insulated PCB hole plate with auxiliary wires and point holes for easy drilling of mounting and crossing holes. The laminate can be used to reference the placement of internal devices. It is normal that the sheet metal may be slightly deformed and the shape will be reset after installation.

● What does monaural and binaural mean?

It refers to the number of fixed holes occupied by the outer extension of the shelf. The tray sets come with a pair of binaural trays, which are designed to avoid rotation caused by parallelograms.

● Is it necessary to have a binaural shelf?

Yes, but if a binaural shelf is not fitted, other means of preventing rotation of the parallelogram will be required, such as a separate bracket kit and copper posts.

● Can cold rolled plates be caught by magnets?

Yes.

● What is the purpose of the four mounting threads on the ring?

The 85 enclosure's have limited space without top mounting thread bits, such as installing a camera that can generally be installed by extending the laminate. 115's and 165's both have top mounting positions that can generally be used for installing a camera or wiring boards.

● Will it fall apart with long term vibration?

Please use thread adhesive to fix the screws.
