UNF Blank Plug

Description

The UNF blank plug is used to seal additional openings on underwater equipment casings or to replace existing connector ports.

It is compatible with Subconn's blank plugs. The thread is in British standard, available in stainless steel and aluminum. The hexagonal bulkhead model feature an internal hex socket at the top for quick tightening and removal with a wrench.

The wrench socket of the bulkhead does not extend to the bottom. The retained circular step serves to protect the hatch cover, averting potential scratches during wrenching procedures.

• 1 x UNF Stainless Steel Nut

For each square-type UNF plug, the following items are included for the selected size.

• 1 x Square Plug

• 2 x O-ring

Specifications

*Attention: The hex socket at the top can only be intended for quickly tightening or loosening, not suitable for applying high torque. An appropriate wrench should be used to finally tighten the opposite sides of the bulkhead in order to achieve the appropriate installation torque.
